£1 Million Investment in Stickers & Labels

We’ve been busy. And not in a “we moved a few things around” kind of way. We’ve invested £1 million into our Stickers & Labels range, giving you more ways to sell, quicker turnarounds, and pricing that still leaves room for a decent margin.

Built For Speed, Quality and Flexibility

At the heart of it is the HP Indigo 6K digital press.

In simple terms, it’s very good at what it does.

You get consistent, high-quality output across a wide range of materials, with the flexibility to handle short runs, variable data and fast turnarounds without things going sideways.

Running at up to 30 metres per minute, it’s built to keep jobs moving, whether it’s a small batch or something a bit more serious.

Strengthened Finishing Capabilities

Printing is only half the job. Making it look right is the other half.

That’s where the ABG Digicon Lite comes in.

This gives us precision finishing at speed, including:

- Clean, accurate die cutting (no rough edges here).
- Lamination and varnishing for durability and that premium feel.
- Cold foiling when your client wants something a bit flash.
- Slitting and rewinding for reels, plus sheeting when needed.

It runs at up to 64 metres per minute, with automated setup to keep things consistent and reduce the chance of anything going wrong.

Translation: more capacity, better quality, fewer headaches.

There’s more investment on the way, which we’re keeping under wraps for now. All we’ll say is it’s aimed at building one of the most advanced Stickers & Labels set-ups in the UK trade market.
