2025/2026 Christmas Delivery Schedule 

We know how busy things get in the run-up to Christmas (and the New Year), so we’re here to keep things simple. To help you plan ahead, we’ve set out our key delivery dates so you can stay in control during one of the busiest periods of the year. Our factory will be closed from Thursday 25th December and will reopen on Monday 5th January.

Our delivery partners will make their final collection from us on Wednesday 24th December. If they’ve collected your order before we close, they may attempt delivery before the New Year, but it’s December, and schedules can shift quickly. If they do attempt delivery, you’ll receive a standard delivery window as usual.

A quick reminder: turnarounds are only confirmed if you’ve received and approved your proof by 6:30pm (or 5:00pm for express turnarounds) on the date of the order. Any orders placed over the holidays will begin their turnaround when we reopen on 5th January.

Deliveries to England, Scotland, and Wales will be made up until Wednesday 24th December.

Our delivery partners will not be delivering on:

- Thursday 25th December – Christmas Day
- Friday 26th December – Boxing Day
- Thursday 1st January – New Year’s Day

If you’re using Royal Mail Door-to-Door for your campaigns, please note the following deadlines for this service. Your order must be fully completed before the corresponding collection date.
