Our AI resolution enhancer will trigger if your client’s artwork is flat (so JPEG, PNG and PDF if there is only 1 layer). It will also trigger if the artwork is equal to or below 72DPI.

When you upload low-resolution artwork to our proofing tool, you’ll be prompted with the following message.

We’ve noticed some parts of your artwork are looking very pixelated. This will make your product look blurry when printed. To keep everything sharp and crisp, we recommend saving your original artwork at 300dpi if possible. Or click ‘Let Us Fix That’.

If you opt for our AI enhancer tool, a preview box will appear where you can compare the original vs. the enhanced version using a handy slider. Take your time, zoom in, and double-check you’re happy with the results before sending it to print. You can proceed with either the original or the AI-enhanced artwork; it’s totally your call.

Just one thing: please triple-check your final proof. Once you click ‘Approve’, it’s go time, so we can’t take responsibility for any sneaky artwork slip-ups that get missed. You can also download or view your proof full-screen for an extra-thorough look.
