Calendar Artwork Guide
Use our handy calendar templates to set up your artwork correctly. Templates are available from the Artwork Setup section of our website as editable PDFs and Adobe Creative Suite files.
Drilled Hole Calendars
Drilled hole calendars display two pages at once and include a pre-drilled hole for easy hanging.
Drill Hole Specifications:
Keep all important artwork clear of the drill hole area.
• Hole diameter: 6mm
• Hole edge to safety area: 1mm
• Hole centre to safety area: 4mm
• Hole centre to trim line: 7mm
Artwork Requirements:
• Add 3mm bleed on all edges.
• Keep important content at least 3mm inside the trim edge.
• Outline or embed all fonts.
• Supply artwork as a PDF in print order, from the front cover to the back cover.
Desk Calendars
Desk calendars are wire-bound with a silver coil and supplied with a sturdy 500-micron box-board strut card.

Supply artwork according to the option selected.
