We’ve made waves when it comes to improving our proofing journey! See what we’ve been up to and how we’ve made submitting artwork even easier.

Online Proofing

We’ve broadened the horizons of our online proofing tool. Now, not only can you proof your large format prints online, but you can also proof perfect bound books and presentation folders. Previously, these needed manual proofing, which meant extra waiting around and potential delays. Now, you can review and approve proofs directly online, no artwork file sending required.

Multiple Options for File Uploads

We’ve made some behind-the-scenes upgrades to give you a smoother, more flexible upload experience. Our file size limit has been increased to 2GB, meaning you can upload larger, high-res files directly through the site, no need for WeTransfer links or workarounds.

3D Renders and Page Turner

We get it, sometimes it’s tricky to picture exactly how your client’s artwork will look once it’s printed and finished. That’s why we’ve launched 3D renders and a page-turner tool. Imagine being able to flip through your perfect bound books or see your roller banners in realistic 3D before they even hit print. You can check the layout, colours, and more to ensure it comes out exactly how you envisioned. And yes, you can even snap a screenshot and send it straight to your clients for that extra layer of reassurance.

Change Your Artwork

Life happens, and clients change their minds. That’s why we’ve added a ‘Change Artwork’ button in your account area, right at job level. Once you’ve uploaded and approved a proof online, you can still swap out the artwork if your client has a last-minute rethink. This option is available up until the job goes into production, so you stay in control and avoid any printing heartbreak.

It’s official: we’re nearly there! The last remaining products that weren’t on online proofing (calendars, notebooks, and diaries) are finally joining the gang. That means every single product (yes, even the tricky ones) will soon be available with online proofing.
