How It Works
When you place an order on our website, our system will review your basket at checkout. It checks the total weight then automatically recommends the best delivery method.
When your order is best suited to be delivered by pallet, you’ll see a Palletways Premium option appear, and the best part? It’s free! Yep, our new partnership means you can always enjoy the optimum delivery service without paying a penny.
No Forklift? No Problem!
You don’t need to be a warehouse wizard to receive a pallet delivery. All Palletways deliveries are made using vehicles equipped with tail lifts, so you can unload safely and easily, no forklift required on your end. Your print will roll straight to your door, ready to impress your clients.
Track Your Delivery
You’ll receive a 2-hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery and can track your order in real time via GPS, so you’ll always know exactly where your pallet is.

Right now, Palletways delivery is available for 3–4 day turnaround orders being delivered to UK mainland addresses. We’re always reviewing and refining our services, so keep an eye out as we expand this option to quicker turnaround times.

By using a specialist pallet courier, we’re ensuring your heavy-duty print travels securely. While DPD remains excellent for smaller parcels, Palletways are built for the big stuff.
Need Your Order Shipping as Individual Parcels? You’ve Still Got Options
We get it, sometimes you’ve got a specific delivery preference. Our delivery services will still be available at a highly discounted rate per label, covering up to 18kg of print per order. That’s a heavily discounted rate from the usual cost, so you can have additional options if you need them.
