Turnarounds and Product Availability
If you’ve saved a basket with specific turnarounds or stock lines, and we make changes (like updating our delivery options or temporarily removing a stock or finish), your saved basket will be updated to reflect what’s currently available.
Discounts and Vouchers
Please note, when you save your basket, your products will stay put, but any promotional goodies (like voucher codes, discounts, or time-limited offers) won’t. You’ll need to reapply those when you’re ready to check out.
Discounts are linked to your Loyalty & Rewards tier. So, if you’ve got 10% off now thanks to last month’s stellar spend, but next month your tier drops to 5% after a quieter spell, your saved basket won’t hang on to that 10% forever. When you check out, your discount will update to match your current tier.
