How to Make the Most Out of Unfinished Sheets

Outsourcing to a large-scale trade provider, like us, lets you cut costs as we’re able to produce larger amounts more cost efficiently. However, finishing a project in-house lets you have full control over the final product and you can offer something to your clients that we can’t.

Get the best of both worlds with unfinished sheets – the perfect solution for printers with finishing equipment in-house but who still want the economic benefits of outsourcing.

How does ordering unfinished sheets work?

Ordering unfinished sheets isn’t much different to ordering anything else from us except you have even more control. We offer loads of sizes, you just gang up your individual artwork items however you like to fill that space.

You could use the opportunity to combine several different jobs – as long as they all need printing on the same stock. Or, you could just fill the sheet with copies of the same artwork. If you’re printing double sided, don’t forget to consider how each side will match up

One thing you should bear in mind is that unfinished sheets do not require bleed. The only bleed you need to worry about is how much is needed for each individual item that you’re printing so that you don’t gang things too close.

Once you’re happy with your artwork, you can upload it like you would for any other of our products. We’ll print your sheets and that’s it! You can have them laminated with us if you want but other than that you’ll receive them completely fresh from the press, no trimming or anything.

Our Factory is Your Factory

We want you to think about our factory as merely an extension of your own. Unfinished sheets allow you to gain access to our entire arsenal of high quality printers.
